It's 75 days today until I leave for Hawaii. It's weird how fast this year has gone by.  When I first got accepted, it seemed like forever until I left. Now it's just a little over two months.  I can't even explain how excited I am to go!

  For anyone who doesn't know what I'm doing, I'm going to be attending University of the Nation (a school run by YWAM). I will be doing the photogenX DTS (Discipleship Training School), which focuses on using photography to communicate issues of injustice, raise awareness and fight for change.  They often focus on fighting human trafficking and infanticide.

  I could use a lot of prayer right now if you ever think of it.
  - There are a lot of little things that need to get taken care of before I leave. Mostly just random things I need to buy before I leave cause everything is more expensive over there. Pray that I will not procrastinate on those like I normally would.
  - It's been tough living at home right now. Pray that I will get along with my parents for these next couple months.
  - Finances have been a huge issue.  I only ever get lunch shifts at my job, and they definitely don't pay nearly as well as the dinner shifts. Pray that my manager will give me a few more shifts or that I will have more photography clients or something.  I don't know. Just something to make more money. I know that God will provide whatever I need and that money is nothing to Him, but I'm still having trouble trusting that everything will come in on time.
  - Pray that God will be preparing my heart for what I'm about to do.
